Design City broadcasts transformative stories of the built environment from grass-root to mega-scale and subtle to iconic. Our focus is on the role models who are leading this change and to bring you their inspiring narratives.

Design City aims to give voice to the community of designers and craftsmen worldwide by showcasing their work and to engage in dialogue with various stakeholders. Our mission is to be the leading and effective voice in the design community by pushing the sustainability agenda and contributing to the livability and sustainability discourse.  

According to the United Nations, by 2050, approximately 2.5 billion people are expected to move to urban centres; which means two out of every three people will be living in cities. This population increase highlights the need for more sustainable development and infrastructure planning to ensure every human's comfort and wellness. Additionally, there is a pressing need to integrate Nature with ongoing development to create resilient and adaptable cities.

Our goal is simple: curate content on sustainable architecture, design and development worldwide.
